This menu is an example of how your first week may look. By week two you will be full enough from week one that you will drastically decrease your intake. Watching my group members I have seen that week one tends to be a hungry week as they start toward being in ketosis.
Fat is very high to begin with, the high fat gets you full, provides fuel and helps you get into ketosis. Don’t skimp on the fat, it really is the magic that gets you through week 1. You will not be on this much fat for long and the majority of people still lose weight when it is this high but they don’t feel hungry or deprived!
